The HTM training services team will help you to optimise your communications network efficiency and improve productivity while maintaining guest service levels.

 

HTM prides itself on offering the benefit of years of hospitality technologies experience in its training services, so enabling hotels to contain operational costs now and in the future.


It is one reason why initial and ongoing training is offered for free to our annual maintenance support contracted clients located inside the M25. (A nominal travel and subsistence charge would usually apply for other clients outside this area).

HTM trainers have many years experience in the hospitality industry. This has led to the development of a wide range of training courses and workshops. All designed to provide the understanding and hands-on skills that you need to better operate, maintain and support the equipment in your hotel.

Whether installing a new network or adding features and functionality to an existing network, HTM training services will be there to help you.


Available hotel staff workshops or training courses can include :

  • Analogue, DECT, IP and Wi-Fi telephones, set-up, use and simple fault remedy
  • Guest Internet, Touchscreen, Sip and VoIP technology and equipment training.
  • htmVoice and other HTM installed system interfaces and alarms.
  • IP devices and touchscreen technologies
  • Mitel SX-2000 and 3300 ICP systems, operator consoles and featurephones
  • Meteor Call Accounting, Management and Voicemail systems
  • Train the trainer and nominated key staff training.
  • Use of patch panels and understanding of conference room and other layouts
