Over the years, HTM has provided project management consultancy services to many of our clients and hospitality technology vendors. HTM is usually called upon at a time when they seek to supplement or enhance their own expertise on a project
or roll-out.
Flexible in approach, HTM can provide a consultant for a few hours a week or a few months (subject to sufficient notice). The Project Managers all have a good understanding of the hospitality and hotel industry, each with many years experience. It is because of this, that they are called on to work in a variety of areas, such as:
- Aligning hotel or group communications and IT networks to meet strategic goals.
- Auditing, clarifying ownership and analysing hotel infrastructure, to support Head Office with their ROI decisions.

- Provide a team and manage a 5000 bedroom cabling, testing and new technology roll-out for a hotel technology vendor whose Head Office is in Asia.
- RFP design, management and support in the decision making process.
- Site surveys, solution design and technology recommendations for new-build and existing hotel projects.
- Support network management, quality of service, technology refresh and rollout.

This often enables them to access information and gain insight into future technologies or developments, in the hope to provide you with a clear, competitive and strategic advantage.
