24/7/365 Emergency E-mail Alarm Support
We recognise that a high status fault may arise, a contractor powering down the wrong equipment in the computer room or simply the PMS system is undergoing an upgrade and back-up. These are all situations which may generate a fault alarm, an email alert to HTM support staff, who will investigate the fault remotely prior to advising your hotel that an engineer call-out request has been made. In many situations, it is not uncommon for our clients to learn of the alarm only when we call Front Desk to say we have solved the problem!
Tarriff & Area Code Support Management
The HTM support staff can regularly update all installed Meteor systems with new area codes and are quick to apply any changes to your flexible tarriffs and call duration profiles.
Data Storage Option
HTM offer all clients the option to add a data storage option to their support contract, something which an independent hotel or serviced apartment owner may find useful as a back-up to their own systems. The amount of data stored, the date range and the frequency of the required back-up do determine the price for this support option.
