In-room cabling is a world apart from cabling an office. Which hotelier would let a team of cablers enter rooms in a hotel full of guests? HTM has gained a reputation of absolute honesty and discretion by using a small team of permanently employed people. In addition to our growing list of maintenance customers, our team is used by inter-touch for most of its cabling and installation requirements and in the past year has completed major CAT 5 installations throughout Europe . HTM has been working with clients to create installation standards that fit current and future needs. Many hotel groups are deciding to roll-out a Cat 5 solution for High Speed Internet Access, believing that the sensible solution, from a guest and support perspective, was not WIFI but Cat 5. Recent new-build sites are being equipped with CAT 5 cabinets and links for all HSIA points. Training HTM offers FREE on-demand training to all customers within the M25 with a maintenance contract. Detailed training is also available at standard daily rates to other areas. The team has experience of both front and back office, all forms of technology and the ability to understand what hotels need from the solutions available today. In addition to providing bespoke training, our trainers will identify potential changes that need to be made to improve the systems, seek out anomalies in the set-up and then liaise with HTM engineers and hotel management to ensure that changes are made to put things right.
