About Hotel Telephone Maintenance Limited

Hotel Telephone Maintenance, or simply known as HTM, was originally created to exclusively maintain hotel telephony equipment. Drawing upon the extensive industry experience of its directors, HTM has embraced the advancement of internet technologies including HSIA and VoIP. Many current client relationships have spanned over 10 years, undoubtedly testament to them understanding our professional expertise, and our desire to continually try and exceed their expectations. Our aim is to match the same ethos that a professional hotelier has towards their guest.

HTM a recognised Mitel hospitality partner is one of the few companies capable of supporting the complete range of demands particular to the hotel industry, from the Front Desk duty manager to the Group IT Director. HTM can provide the single point of contact and support services for most hotel call management, telephony, voicemail, guest internet and major conference support needs.



HTM has helped hotels and hotel technology vendors on a number of projects including:
