Since 1995, Hotel Telephone Maintenance has provided a focussed telecoms service to the hotel industry.

Hotels demand flexibility and 70 years combined hotel experience coupled with the personal attention we give each customer, gives us a thorough understanding of the systems, interfaces and needs of the hotel market.

This means we can be more efficient in our work, our customers experience less disruption and hotels get more capable systems and more productive staff.

Our breadth of knowledge allows us to create turn-key solutions for individual hotels and groups where the concept of a single point of contact actually means what it says.

Where hotels employ a telecoms manager, we work with them to create and implement effective communication strategies. Many hotels and hotel groups however, do not have anyone in this role, and in these instances our team takes on this responsibility.

HTM is one of Mitel's leading installers. As a Mitel Gold Partner, the company has specifically trained engineers with expertise in all the latest products including the new Mitel IP3300 telephone system.

Also, as UK distributor of the Meteor Call Management and Voice Mail System, HTM is unique in its ability to provide a single support desk for customers that have both Mitel and Meteor installed.

A large part of our business has been in the distribution of specialised bedroom telephones, assisting hotels in the right models and cabling requirements throughout the late 90's.

‘High Speed' services in guest rooms have become more important than the ‘analogue data port' and HTM can now offer High Speed Internet Access solutions along with a range of connectivity solutions in the room.
